1. Alumnus or Alumna Transcript Requests
Please fill out the form and sign the Transcript Request Form. Without the signature of the requester, transcripts will not be processed. Please allow for seven business days for the processing of the transcript. Completed forms can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to Concord Christian Academy at (302) 475-6462. After the transcripts are processed, you will receive a notification from the administrative office.
2. Official and Unofficial Transcript Requests:
Official (meaning sealed) student transcripts will only be given to places of businesses or educational institutions. An alumnus or alumna may obtain a copy of his/her personal transcripts but it will be titled “Copy of Student Transcripts” and will not be sealed. Official transcripts will be mailed directly to the specific institution listed on the Transcript Request Form.
